高燃速发动机脱模静电安全性分析

摘    要:首先采用渗透系数理论计算分析,确定了某型号高燃速推进剂是静电敏感性推进剂;再通过推进剂与芯模的静电起电模拟实验、静电电阻率测试实验、推进剂脱模工艺实时静电检测实验,确定了固体推进剂脱模操作静电危险特性,为推进剂脱模工艺采取相应的防静电措施提供实验依据.

Abstract:A high burning rate solid propellant of certain model of SRM was first ascertained to be electrostatically sensitive by means of calculation and analysis based on the theory of permeability coefficient.Then the electrostatic safety characteristics of mandrel removing were determined by simulated experiment on electrostatic electrification between propellant and mandrel,by electrostatic resistivity test and by real-time electrostatic charge monitoring test in mandrel removing process.The aforementioned works has provided information for adopting suitable preventive methods in mandrel removing process.
