数字化管理与MDC人力资源培训开发

摘    要:多层分布式企业等级较多、技术含量高和地处分散,传统的培训方式成本较高并且效果不明显.利用数字化管理技术对原有人力资源培训开发流程的分析再造,可以解决原有培训模式中的成本过高、工学矛盾突出及培训控制失效等问题,而且还可以提供组织和个人的培训需求分析计划,提高整个组织的人力资源水平.

Abstract:The traditional training methods are costly and ineffective for the Multilayer Distributed Corporation(MDC) which has more layers,larger content of technology, and dispersive in distribution. It is found out that by using the digital management technology to analyze and rebuild the original process of human resources training and development, lots of problems can be solved such as the high cost, the conflict between work and study and the inefficient control. Moreover,the training demands from the individuals and organization can be planned so as to improve the human resources level of the whole organization.
