| 摘 要： | 人类习惯使用十进制，而计算机却只能直接识别和处理二进制。这一对矛盾的关系约束了人类与计算机之间的沟通，探索二进制与其它数制的之间转换是从事计算机工作者的基本任务。作为普通的计算机用户而言也应该认清计算机数制与其它数制之间的关系。

| Abstract: | People are used to use the decimal system, but the computer is only able to directly identify and manage the binary system. This pair of contrary relations hold in communicating between the people and the computer, so it is a basie work of the teaching staff who work on the computer to search after the conversion of the binary system with the other numerical systems. As an ordinary computer user , the relations of the numerical systems should also be seen clearly. |
