摘    要:通过透射电子显微镜考察了作为表面增强拉曼散射活性基底的混合金银溶胶-碱性品红体系的聚集特性,在银胶、金胶和检测分子共存的条件下,对它们不同的混合顺序会导致体系不同的聚集特性.从而引起表面增强拉曼散射增强效应的变化。跟纯银胶相比,添加了金胶的混合金银胶体系能够有效的增强碱性品红分子的表面增强拉曼散射效应。

Abstract:We have examined the aggregation characteristics of mixed silver/gold sol-fuchsin basic(FB) systems used as Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS) by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM),under the coexistence of silver colloids,gold colloids and detected molecules,the different adding order of them would result in different aggregation characteristics of the system and led to altered SERS enhancement behavior.Compared with the pure silver colloids,it was found that the addition of gold colloids to silver sol could bring about the favorable effect on SERS behavior for adsorbed fuchsine basic.
