熔融-分相法制备掺杂Fe^3+离子的纳米TiO2材料

摘    要:介绍了用熔融-分相法制备掺杂不同浓度Fe3+离子的纳米TiO2材料,利用X射线衍射分析TiO2的析晶情况,关对制备出的TiO2材料的光催化性能进行初步测试.结果表明:随着Fe2O3浓度的增加,纳米TiO2降解甲基橙的效率先增加而后降低,当Fe与Ti的摩尔比为0.06时,掺杂Fe^3+离子的TiO2降解甲基橙的能力最好.

Abstract:The nanometer TiO_2 which was added into iron ion of different concentration and prepared by melt-seperation has been introduced in this paper.The crystallization of TiO_2 was shown by X-ray inspector and the photocatalytic capability of the modificable TiO_2 was determined.The results have shown that the photocatalytic efficiency of the modificable TiO_2 was increased and then reduced when the quantity of the ferric oxide was increased.When the the ratio of Fe and Ti(mol)is 0.06,the photocatalytic capability of the modificable TiO_2 is best.
