摘    要:广州钢铁股份有限公司连续轧钢分厂生产螺纹钢用的循环冷却水系统由于原设计不合理,所以出现间断性出水的抽空现象,严重影响产品质量。分析了系统的实际工况、管路中的流动态及管路布置,指出了由于水流中气体释出,故在加压系进口处形成气囊,这是造成抽空现象的原因;并提出了排除气囊形成的简单而有效的技术措施。经实施取得良好的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:The article introduces the circulating cooling-water system used for the production of twistedsteel in the Coutinuous Rolling Mill of Guangzhou Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. Because the original designis not reasonable,so appeared the evacuation phenomenon of discontinuous water course,which has se-riously impaired the product quality. Analyses of practical operating condition of the system,fluid stateof pipeline and pipe laying suggest that the evacuation phenomenon is caused by gasbag formed in inletof pressure pump because of released gas in water flow. Simple and effectual technology is proposed toget rid of the gasbag, which has been applied in practice and produced good economic and social bene-fits.
