添加氨基酸替代生长猪日粮中部分粗蛋白质效果的研究

试验设置对照、赖+蛋氨酸两个体系,对照体系设置1个对照组,根据氨基酸添加量,赖+蛋氨酸体系设置高、中、低3个水平组,共4个组.试验各组均在对照组基础上取代2.0%的日粮粗蛋白质.试验猪为杜大长三元杂交商品猪,按随机区组设计分为4组,每组8头,公母各半.根据增重、料肉比、单位增重饲料成本等指标综合评定试验结果.结果表明:在本试验设置范围内,添加赖+蛋氨酸可以替代日粮中部分粗蛋白质,科肉比与单位增重饲料成本较对照组有明显改善;并综合评定出低水平赖+蛋氨酸组为3个试验组中最佳效果组.

Effect of Amino Aacid as Partial Subsitute on Crude Protein in Pigs Diet

Thirty-two cross-bred piglets (Duroc x Yorkshire x Landlance) were equally didvided into 4 groups by randomized complet-block design, each consisted of an equal number of both sexes. Among the 4 groups 3 were treated with lysine+ methionine in various proportion and the rest one served as the control group. The lysine+ methionine was added to various groups in such amount so that its content of limiting amino acid (LAA) replacedZ.O percent of the ration crude protein (RCP) contained in the control group. The results showed that lysine+ methine as partial substitute improved feed efficiency and econmic benefit obviously, with the group of lower methionine ranking first in the complex evluation.
