钢管对接焊接头残余应力研究

摘    要:文章采用盲孔应力法测量钢管对接焊接头残余应力,分别探讨了管径变化、预热温度和焊缝层数对接头残余应力分布的影响。给出了各种情况下的应力分布,为焊接后根据使用条件是否采取消除应力措施提供了依据。

Abstract:The blind hole method was used to measure residual stresses in joint of welded pipe lines.The influences of different diameters, preheating temperature and welding layers on the stress distribution are discussed in this paper.The work provides a theoretical basis for preheating or non preheating treatment according to the conditions.
