| 摘 要： | 本文用涨落－耗散定理计算了串联ＲＬＣ电路的电量，电流涨落及它们的统计关联表达式，给出了功率，能量的统计平均值和电量与电流之间的测不准关系，并作了讨论，获得了一些有意义的结论。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we calculated the fluctation of electric current,charge and its statistical formula with fluctation-dissipation theorem,and derived the statislical average value of power and energy and got uncertainty relation of charge and current ,of mesoscopic RLC series circuit.we discussed and got some conclusin. |
