| Abstract: | At present, under the backdrop of the financial crisis, the employment situation for graduates of higher vocational and technical colleges is becoming severer. Based on the career planning, mental health education, curriculum arrangement, adding non-recognition skills and changing employment notion, the paper emphasizes on the reform. What＇s more, it analyzes the inspiration of financial crisis to the training mode for higher vocational and technical colleges. |
