| Abstract: | It is said in this article that the viewpoint about the "essay" which is put forward by ZhouZuoren establishes the top position of prose. Under the guiding of this view, he created a great number of excellent essays. His previous essays fell into two categories: comment on political situation and essay which are charming and free from inhibition though prosaic and peaceful as well. |
