稀土混合型柴油添加剂的研制

摘    要:简要说明了柴油添加剂在节能和环境保护方面的作用。氯化稀土和活化剂在45~50℃与有机酸反应4h,分离油相和水相。将该油相和二甲基甲酰胺及柴油混合,制得改善燃烧性能的添加剂。添加剂使用量为0,1%。在汽车、渔轮和发电机上进行实验,可使燃料消耗减少约10%,排放气中残炭减少14%。

Abstract:This paper explaines concisely the functions of procetane on energy saving and environmental protection' The chlorous rare earths and the active agent are reacted with organic acid at 45-50℃ for 4 hours, then separate oil phase and water phase. The procetane Of an improvement on combustibility is prepared by mixing the oil phase and dimethylformamide (DMF) and diedal oil. The amount of procetane is 0. 1% by weight. The fuel consumption decreasing about 10%, and the soot in exhaust gas decreasing 14%, while the fuel uses in automobile, fishing vessel and generator.
