摘    要:主要讨论配送中心分区拣货系统中的拣货策略,目标是最小化总拣货时间.由于为NP-难问题,所以在常见的静态分区拣货系统的基础上提出动态分区拣货策略,通过订单拣货顺序的优化及拣货员所在分区的动态分配,提出了“排序-动态分区-平衡”思想,设计启发式算法并对算法性能进行了测试,使分区间等待时间减少,提高拣货效率.

Abstract:An order picking problem in zone order picking systems is studied.The objective is to minimize the total order picking time.For the problem is strongly NP-hard,the dynamic zone order picking strategy is proposed based on static zone order picking by optimizing the picking schedule to share jobs among pickers in one picking lane.Heuristic algorithms are introduced to reduce the total picking time.Meanwhile,simulated testing is taken to validate its performance and reliability of each algorithm,which provides...
