| 摘 要： | 分析了加入WTO给中国电信业带来的机遇与挑战，指出不论是政府监管部门还是电信企业，当务之急是要尽快学习和了解世贸组织的有关知识和规则，学会充分利用规则保护自身的合法利益，同时，应采取积极的应对措施，在激烈的市场竞争中谋求更大的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the chances and c hallenges brought about by WTO entry to the telecom industry of China,and points out that no matter t he governmental supervision departments and the telecom enterprises mu st learn and be familiar with the relevant knowle dge and rules of WTO as soon as possibl e,and learn to make full use of these r ules to protect the legal interest of themse lves,and take active corresponding measures for greater development in the severe market competition. |
