Abstract:Rapid nondestructive testing of fruit internal quality is not only necessary for agricultural production, but also to meet the increasingly diversified requirements of Chinese consumers. Based on near-infrared spectral analysis technology, this paper uses the near-infrared diffuse reflection detection method, and designs the experimental system of fruit sugar content of near-infrared detection experiments. By taking the Xinjiang Aksu apple, the Xinjiang fresh jujube and the Hainan banana as samples, the experiment studies spectra of the three kinds of fruits, including the whole intact sample spectra and the slice sample spectra, and analyzes the difference of the spectra. And the experiment also further studies the sample's spectra of the experimental banana and fresh jujube in a certain time period of spectrogram, analyzes the experiment sample's spectral changes within seven days cycle. The experiment results show that the near-infrared diffuse reflection method can effectively achieve the experimental samples of fruit nondestructive testing, and the test results could reflect the the sugar content situation. At the same time, the experimental fruit slice samples reflects the more rich internal information than the whole intact samples. The experimental climacteric fruit samples spectral changes obviously within a week, its spectral absorbance showed an overall trend of first increasing and then decreasing. However, the spectral difference of experimental climacteric fruit samples was not significant within one week.
