| 摘 要： | 不断循环运动是风险投资的生命力所在，没有便捷的退出渠道就无法补偿风险资本承担的高风险。研究制约我国风险投资退出的障碍与因素，对发展我国风险投资业具有重要的意义。本文从介绍风险投资主要退出方式出发，揭示了制约我国风险投资退出的因素，提出了针对性的建议。

| Abstract: | Circulating movement is the vitality of venture capital and financial risk of venture capital can＇t becompensated without convenient exit ways. In order to promote the venture capital industry in China, it is signifi cant to study the obstructions and factors that restrict the exit of venture capital. This paper introduced the main exit ways of venture capital, revealed the factors that restrain the exit of venture capital in China and offer several suggestions concerning this issue. |
