Abstract:In this reseach the vibroroller's vibration isolating system was modelled by a five DOF vibration system. With the weighted rms value of vertical acceleration suffered by the operator taken as optimal objective function and the relative displacement of all masses and the lower and upper limits of all dynamical parameters taken as constrained functions, the vibration isolation parameters were optimally designed and then the optimal results were further checked and selected by computer simulation to obtain a group of dynamical parameters which made the vibration energy suffered by the operator minimum both in the whole frequency band and at each frequency stop. In this way, a more reasonable method was advanced to judge the optimal ride comfortibility.
