| 摘 要： | 我们在合成蛇床酞内酯的过程中,发现了一个新的有机化学反应和一个新的有机化合物,这个化合物就是3-甲氧基-3a,4,5,7a-四氢苯酞。各类产物都经~1HNMR鉴定证实,这个方法对于合成其它苯酞类化合物有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | When we synthesized natunal product Chidinide 1,a new organic compound and organic reaction has been discovered. The compound is 3 -methoxy -3a, 4, 5, 7a-tetrahydro phthalide. Those structures of products yielded from each step were identhfied by 1HNMR. This method may be used in the preparation of other natural products with phthalide type structure. |
