摘 要: | 提高剪切机剪切效率以及降低能耗是目前轧钢生产的首要目标,这就需要对钢坯件在受剪过程中的变形机理有充分的了解,也是提高钢坯件断口质量和优化剪切条件的首要前提。本文以某轧钢厂下切式平行刃剪切机为研究对象,利用MARC软件对在剪切过程中的钢坯件受剪切过程进行了弹塑性大变形三维有限元仿真模拟,分析了钢坯件在受剪切过程中弹塑性变形的形成规律、应力发展规律以及剪刃表面力的分布规律。了解了钢坯件在此过程中的应力分布状态,为优化剪切条件、设计产品结构、分析产品质量、缩短生产周期等方面提供了科学的依据。

Simulation analysis on shearing process of down-cut parallel-chin shears |

Abstract: | With down-cut parallel-chin shears in a rolling mill as the research object,a large elastic-plastic de-formation three-dimensional finite-element simulation on the shearing process of billets is conducted with the MARC software,and the formation rules of elastic-plastic deformation,development rules of stress and distri-bution rules of shear-chin surface force in the shearing process of billets are analyzed. The distribution status of stress,strain and temperature in the plastic deformation area can be quantitatively calculated through analy-sis,thus providing scientific basis for formulating and optimizing current technique,developing new tech-nique,analyzing product quality,shortening the production cycle,etc. |
