摘    要:沿海老旧建筑长期受高浓度氯离子侵蚀,破坏钢筋与混凝土间的黏结,严重影响构件的承载能力。为探索沿海建筑合理的保护层厚度,本文应用电化学原理,对11根前期浸泡在浓度为5%Na Cl溶液中的钢筋混凝土梁进行通电加速腐蚀。通过加载试验测量了裂缝宽度与开裂荷载,并与理论计算值对比分析,其结果比较吻合。结果表明:保护层厚度对试验梁裂缝开展起决定性作用,保护层越小裂缝开展越严重。

Effect of protective layer on crack of corroded reinforced concrete beam
Abstract:Coastal old buildings long-term exposure to high concentrations of chloride ion erosion,undermines the bond between steel bar and reinforced concrete,seriously affect the bearing capacity of the components.To explore the coastal building reasonable protection layer thickness,in this paper, application of electrochemical principle, make 11 reinforced concrete beams those early immersion in 5% NaCl solution power accelerated corrosion. By loading test measured the crack width and the cracking load, And compared with theoretical cal-culation value analysis, the result was consistent. The results showed that:Protective layer thickness on the cru-cial test beam crack propagation, The smaller the protective layer cracking the more serious.
