| Abstract: | The geological province is a concrete externalization of applying the theories of the sustainable development and the circulation economy into the provincial administrative regions, and the strategy of constructing the geological province should be carried out through the right laws and regulations. This paper analyzes on the necessity and principles of the legal construction of the geological province, and discusses emphatically on the concrete measures for constructing the geological province. |
