| 摘 要： | 本工作采用实验室模拟培养的方法测定了对苯二酚、儿茶酚、L—胱氨酸等六种化合物在不同条件下对中等肥力黄棕壤中脲酶活性的影响。结果表明对苯二酚、儿茶酚对脲酶的活性有明显的抑制作用。本实验为脲酶抑制剂的使用提供了一定的依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper,by laboratorial mimic culture the influences of six compounds(hydroquinone,cate-chol,and 1-cystine,etc. )on the reactivity of urease in yellow brown soil of medium fertility have been measured under different conditions. The result shows that hydroquinone and catechol have re markable inhibitory effect on the reactivity of urease. So this experiment provides some bases for the application of urease inhibitors to yellowbrown soil of medium fertility. |
