自润滑密封填料函的研究

摘    要:本文通过对工业离心泵中密封填料函与轴套这一对摩擦付的摩擦分析,根据所测的磨损结果,提出从改善滑动摩擦付之间的润滑性能入手,选择具有的润滑性能和耐磨性能的材料进行复合,经磨损对比试验和台架检测试验,其结果表明,所复合的密封填料函与浸油石棉填料函相比较,无论是自润滑性能、耐磨性能还是密封性能都很优越,是一种比较理想的密封填料函。图11,表3,参3。

Abstract:The author of this articlc analyscs the pair of thc sliding friction bctween seal-ing filler in indtustrial contrifugal pump and axlc sleeve. Aceording to the result of wear and tear cxamined, the author advanas that the self-lubricating and wear-resisting materials. should be choscn to composite by improving the lubricity bctwccn sliding fretions. Aftcr thccomparing cxpcrmnent on wear and tcar and on the stage-shelf the author gets the rcstultwhich reveals the compound scaling fillcr has shown advantages over the oil-soaked bonecoalin sclf-lubriction and wear-lubrication and wear-rcsistanee. So it is a relatively per-feet sealing fillcr.llfigs,3tabs. 3rcfs.
