基于PLC的矿井通风机变频控制系统的设计

摘    要:系统采用三菱FX系列FX1N 60mr PLC、fr-f540L系列变频器fr-f540L-s250k-ch和型号为Y-355M2-6的异步电动机,有效地实现了矿井通风系统的逻辑控制、安全控制、故障诊断和实时监控等.该控制系统操作方便、运行可靠、自动化程度大大提高,克服了传统的用挡板、阀门调节风量的恒速交流传动中耗电量大的问题,达到了良好的节能效果,并成功地应用于山东锦丘煤矿主井通风系统中,运行效果良好.

Abstract:The system adopts a Mitsubishi FX1N-60mr PLC,and two Mitsubishi FR-F540-S250K-CH inverters,and two Y-355M2-6 asynchronous motors to realize the logic control,safety control,fault diagnosis and monitor on-line of the mine ventilating system effectively. The system is easily operated,and can run reliably and automatically,and reduces the huge electric power cost which is brought out by the traditional method for adjusting breeze amount with the baffle and the valve in constant speed alternating current drive ...
