一种解释非晶半导体中随机输运的新模型

研究在外部驱动力作用下穿过一维无序随机力介质而传播的粒子的运动规律，并求出其直流响应，研究发现：在无序系统演化的初始阶段，直流极化率可验证极化率－频率关系的反常幂次律；发现无序系统的老化现象，伴随此现象显示出动力学特性的高相关特性，本文的结果与以前研究过一维模型相比较，更具普通性。

New Model of the Stochastic Transport Theory in Amorphous Semiconductors

The motion law of the particles propagating in one-dimensional random force medium under the action of extra driven force is studied and the AC response of these systems is found out in this paper. The unusual power of relationship between susceptibility and frequency could be proved using AC susceptibility at initial stage of the evolution of the disorder system. The ageing phenomenon in disordered systems and the high correlated nature of dynamics accompaning ageing are discovered.
