国家助学贷款实施中的若干难点及对策

国家助学贷款是我国实施科教兴国战略、加速人才培养的重大举措。但这一制度出台三年来，在实施中存在认识不足、宣传不到位、金融机构积极性不高、操作手续繁琐、诚信系统缺失等难点。本文分析了这些难点产生的原因和表现，提出了相应的若干对策。

Several Difficulties and The Countermeasures in the Enforcement of State Educational Loan

The State Educational Loan is an important move in our country to enforce the strategy of relying on science and education to rejuvenate our nation and speeding up the personal training.However,since the issue of the system, there have been such difficulties as:insufficient knowledge, inadequate publicity, not high initiative of financial setup, troublesome operation formalities and lack of honesty. This article analyzes the reasons and their manifestations of these difficulties and suggests several corresponding countermeasures.
