棉花叶片对卡那霉素反应效果的研究

摘    要:利用不同浓度的卡那霉素对棉花叶片进行处理,较为系统地研究了棉花不同品种、不同叶位、不同生育时期内叶片对卡那霉素处理的反应。研究表明,不同棉花品种间叶片对卡那霉素处理的反应呈相同的变化趋势,彼此间差异不显著。不同叶位之间,随着叶龄的不断增长,其对卡那霉素抗性显著增强。同时随着生育期延后,相同部位的棉花叶片对卡那霉素抗性表现出明显增强的趋势

Abstract:We make use of different density of KAN treating the cotton's leaves and study more systematically different cotton of breeds,leaves and growing time of reactions through the kanamycin treatment.This study indicates that different cotton of breeds' leaves present the same freayaction through the kanamycin treatment and the contrast isn't significant each other.Among the different leaves' location with leaves of age's growing enhance significantly to kanamycin' resistance.At the same time,with growing time postponed,cotton' leaves of the same location represent a tendency of significant enhancement to kanamycin' resistance.
