| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康教育是高校对大学生进行思想政治教育和管理的重要内容之一。高校辅导员是专职进行大学生思想政治教育的工作人员。高校辅导员进行大学生心理健康教育具有特殊的优势。通过了解人文学科的基础知识、掌握心理健康的基本技能、积极拓展心理健康的有效路径,高校辅导员可以担当大学生心理健康教育的职责。

| Abstract: | Mental health education about university students is one of the most important contents for university to educate and administrate university students＇ ideology and politics. Counselors in colleges and universities are the full-time persons to do this. Counselors have a special advantage in this as well. They are competent at the job about mental health education of university students by acquainting themselves with the basic knowledge of humanities,grasping basic skills of mental health education,and broadening the effective paths of mental health education,the political counselors play considerable role in mental health education in colleges and universities. |
