| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化进程的加快和城市社区的建立和发展，与之相配套的文化、教育、娱乐等设施还远远跟不上社区发展的需要。因而，建立社区图书馆是社区居民的迫切愿望，更是促进社区物质文明和精神文明建设协调发展的根本保障。

| Abstract: | Along with the accelerated progress of urbanization and the establishment and development of urban communities in China, the corresponding cultural, educational, recreational and other utilities are far behind the requirements of the development of the communities. So, the establishment of community library is not only the urgent aspiration of the residents of the communities, but also the fundamental guarantee for promoting the coordinating development between the construction of physical civilization and the construction of spiritual civilization in the communities. |
