| Abstract: | A theoretical analysis about nonlinear characteristics of beam re- flection at the boundary of an induced increasing absorber is presented,the possibility of a bistable behavior in extremely simple situation is indicated, thereupon a new and the simplest optical bistable device is proposed. |
