| 摘 要： | 为了实现智能电表的互操作性和易扩展性,提出了一种DLMS/COSEM标准协议在三相智能电表中实现的新方法.智能电表硬件以单片机和计量芯片为核心,软件采用严格的分层设计,并引入任务调度和消息处理机制,最大限度地降低了各模块间的耦合度.本智能电表作为智能电表平台进行二次开发,能有效地减少开发工作量,从而快速满足不同地区的需求.智能电表已通过DLMS的CTT测试,表明符合DLMS规范.

| Abstract: | In order to realize the interoperability and expansibility of smart meters,a new approach is put forward to achieve the DLMS/CO- SEM standard protocol of three-phase smart meters. Smart meter hardware takes a MCU and a metering IC as the core. Strict hierarchical de- sign is used in the software architecture, with a task scheduling and a message handling mechanism,which minimizes the degree of coupling between modules. The smart meter Will be regarded as a smart meter platform to develop for the second time,which can reduce development effort effectively and quickly meet the demand of different regions. The smart meters have passed the CTT （ conformance Test Tool） test of DLMS, which indicates this meter conforms to the DLMS specifications. |
