| 摘 要： | 内部人控制是我国国企治理中面临的一个严峻问题.本文认为,国企治理中的内部人控制既有来自社会、文化、心理方面的宏观原因,又具体地体现着现行产权和监督体制下的当事人与监管部门的博弈;国有企业的内部人控制很难根除,但可以通过相关制度、机制的不断完善进行预防和缓解

| Abstract: | Insider control is a serious problem to our country state-owned enterprises governance. It＇s pointed out that the reasons of insider control to our country state-owned enterprises governance is not only from the social, cultural and psychological aspects, but also from the state-ownedenterprise and the supervisor game. The state-owned enterprise＇s insider control is difficult to eradicate. But it can be prevented and eased through system building finally suggested. |
