摘    要:赤霉素(Gibberellins)是一类属于双萜类化合物的植物生长调节剂,在种子萌发、幼苗生长、开花结果等方面具有多种生理功能,已被广泛使用在瓜果、蔬菜、粮食作物、园艺等生产过程中.可通过饮用水、食物残留等途径进入人体体内,对人体健康有一定的潜在危害性.本文详细阐述了赤霉素的产生、理化性质、生理作用、毒理以及检测方法.

Abstract:Gibberellins (GAs) is a large family of tetracyclic diterpenoid plant growth regulators that occur in green plants and some microorganisms, which are associated with many plant growth and development processes, including fruit ripening, seed germination, stem elongation, etc. They are used commonly in agriculture, fruit, vegetable, tea garden, etc. It has potential hazardous effects on human health. In this paper, the sources, physicochemical property, physiological action, hazard and detection technologys of gibberellins were summaried.
