摘    要:为诊断0.165~0.775 nm和0.014~0.165 nm范围的软硬X射线,研制了一台多通道(四个反射通道和一个透射通道)柱面晶体谱仪.利用光电检测单元获得了由Qz、LiF和Ge制成的多种不同晶体取向弯晶衍射等离子X射线谱相.谱仪采用离线标定和在线复位技术,可降低由于光源不准引起的光谱偏差,已应用在激光装置的诊断实验上,达到了惯性约束核聚变(ICF)实验要求.

Abstract:To diagnose X-ray of wavelength in 0. 165 - 0. 775 nm and 0. 014 - 0. 165 nm region, a cylinder curved crystal sPectrometer has been developed, which have have several channels ( four reflection channels and a transmission channel). Photoelectric detection unit is used to obtain photographys of spectra,which come from the diffraction of many different crystal wafer orientation bending crystal,made of Qz,LiF and Ge elements. According to the technology of offline calibration and online reduction,spectral bias caused by source can be reduced. The spectrometer has already been used in the experiment on the diagnosis of laser device, achieving the experimental requirements of inertial con- finement fusion (ICF).
