西藏地市级党报发展现状及对策研究

西藏自治区7个地市都有了自己的报纸，在党的新闻宣传工作中发挥着重要的作用。西藏地市党报在版式设计、功能定位及内容编排上体现出一定的民族特色与地域特点。但是，西藏地市级报业存在发展速度缓慢、地区发展水平不均衡、新闻资源开发能力较弱等问题。要解决这些问题，必须从争取有力的人才与技术支持、树立精品意识、充分发挥党报自身优势挖掘新闻资源，办出本地特色等方面进行改进。

On the Current Status of Prefecture-level Party's Newspapers and its Countermeasures

At present, all seven prefecture-level cities in Tibet have their own newspapers, which play an important role in the publicity of CCP news. The layout design, function and content arrangement of these newspapers demonstrates certain ethnic and local characteristics. However, there are some problems such as slow development, unbalanced progress in different areas and weak capability of developing information resources. It is better to strengthen a strong talent and technical support, build up the consciousness of elaborate works and fully exert the newspapers＇ advantages to find out the information resources and have its own characteristic.
