| 摘 要： | 首次给出k阶拟Hyper-bent函数的概念,研究了其中一类特殊的k阶拟Hyper-bent函数即Semi-bent函数,通过分析多项式GCD的条件,用秩为n-1的循环二元矩阵给出了这类函数的一种刻画.

| Abstract: | In the paper, We first give the definition of k-order-quasi Hyper-Bent Functions, and then study a class of particular functions, that is Semi-bent. Finally, we present a characterization of Semi-bent functions with cyclic binary matrics with rank n-1. |
