摘    要:超前注浆管棚支护是一种避免在软土地层或含水地层中盾构隧道开挖面失稳的有效技术.本文同时考虑地下水水位和注浆管棚长度的变化,通过将渗流分析的结果施加到应力分析之中,采用流固耦合数值计算方法得到作用在隧道开挖面的极限支护压力.研究发现,超前注浆管棚支护对高地下水地层中维持开挖面稳定的极限支护压力影响明显,采用该技术后作用在开挖面上的渗透力显著降低

Abstract:The advanced pipe grouting is an effective technique to avoid the instability of shield-tunneling faces in soft or water-bearing ground. In this paper both the variations of water level and length of pipe were considered, the hydraulicmechanical coupled analysis was implemented to obtain the support pressure on tunnel faces by superposing the results of the seepage analysis on the results of the mechanical analysis. The study reveals that the influence of the advanced pipe grouting on the support pressure required for the stability of the tunnel face in high water level is significant, and there is a significant reduction of seepage forces by adopting the technique.
