| 摘 要： | 本文将研究企业内部员工对工作满意度的双因素理论应用到了外部用户对高校图书馆服务价值满意度的研究中，在分析了高校图书馆服务价值的内涵特征基础之上．用双因素激励理论分析了图书馆服务价值体系中的保健因素和激励因素，最后讨论了对高校图书馆服务价值体系的影响和未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | On the basis of interviews for characteristic of the university library service value and the review of related rescarches,this paper used two-factor theory to analyze the user satisfaction with the value of library services, using two-factor theory of the book Museum of the value system of the health service factors and incentives, and finally discuss the value system of the university library service impact and future research directions. |
