摘    要:要搞好电子阅览室的多功能服务,就必须加强网上信息资源建设,优化读者环境,搞好课题跟踪服务,并实现服务社会化,同时要加强对电子阅览室的科学管理。包括制定严格的规章制度,加强管理人员的技术培训以及读者培训。

Abstract:In order to do well the multi-functional service of e-reading room , we must strengthen the construction of Internet information resources, optimiz e the environment for the readers, do well the subject tracking service, and rea lize the socialization of the service, at the same time, we still must strengthe n the scientific management of e-reading room, including laying down regulation s and rules, and strengthening the technical training of managerial personnel an d the training of the readers.
