| 摘 要： | 在中国的欠发达地区，就业结构变化曾出现过异常，其对经济增长的消极作用起主导地位，并且，当地的消极作用大于其它地区的积极作用，导致综合结构效应为负数，中国的经济增长经验不支持“structuralbonus”假说；随着就业结构变化的增大，其对经济增长的积极作用不断增强，综合结构效应的绝对值逐渐减小；中国区域经济增长的结构效应呈现：东部〉西部〉中部，并且，中国经济增长具有较强的惯性，随着经济增长率的上升，经济增长的惯性增强．
