新型摆线泵研究

摘    要:根据三尖摆线的形成原理,以摆线的内包络线为定子内腔曲线,动径实体化后作为转子,定子、转子按照一定关系运动则形成一种新型摆线泵。对此种新型泵的工作原理及工作过程进行了阐述,分析了内、外转子结构及泵的排量、压力脉动等性能。

Research on a New Cycloidal Pump
Abstract:According to the formation principle of the tritubercular cycloid in this paper, the rotor, whose bore curve is the inner envelope line of the cycloid, is made with the solid radius vector. A new type of cycloid pump is thus made possible with the special movement of the rotor and stator. The operating principle and the working process of the new cycloid pump are also illustrated and analyzed. In addition, the performances such as the structure of the inner rotor and the external rotor, the displacement of the pump, and the pressure pulsation are analyzed.
