| 摘 要： | 设计了一种新颖的功能扩展技术方案，采用这一方案已成功地实现了显微形象数据采集系统与ＰＣ／３８６联机．在这个新的系统上，不仅能够完成影象的数据化采样，而且能继续进行影象的定量分析，从而扩展了原系统的应用功能．

| Abstract: | This poper reports a functional development for a photometric data-acquisition system(PDS), which includs data acquitition hardware and software interfaces, image-processing programs.Based on these techniques, the interconnection between PDS and the microcomputer is realized. Thenew system is not only capable of photograph digitulization but also of quantitative image processing. |
