光弹性图象的数字化处理技术
摘    要:本文提出一种光弹性图象的数字化处理技术。在通用光弹仪上配置光电耦合二极管CCPD-1024和专用程序计算机NOVA800,组成了能实时处理光弹性图象的系统。CCPD-1024用来采集模型截面上的光强信号,等差线和等倾线条纹的位置则借助计算机从光强图上识别。此外,由两种波长的单色光产生的光强信号图可以用双波长位相法在本系统上处理,以便进行应力状态分析。

Abstract:A digital processing technique of the photoelasic ismages is presented. Ageneral purPose Polariscope provided with charge-coupled photodiodes CCPD-1024 and a specially programmed computer NOVA 800 constitutes a system which can accomplish real-time dispose of Photoelastic images. CCPD-1024 is capable of a simultaneous collection of light intensity on a section of a model. The fringe Position of isochromatics and iso linics can be recogniged by the computer from the diagram of light intensity. In addition, the monochromatic light with two wavelengths is used to produce light intensity signals which are received by CCPD-1024, and which are fed into the computer with Phase method to be disposed, resulting in an analysis of the stess state.
