计算机辅助设计在卷烟配方中的应用研究

用计算机进行卷烟配方方案的设计,是根据烟厂提供的烟叶的各种理化数据、部位、等级、单价、生产工艺和人工经验等20多种条件,建立起卷烟配方的数学模型,按Gomery整数线性规划理论。用BASIC语言编制出配方程序,并在微型计算机上运行。现已在兖州雪茄烟厂应用。结果证明,用计算机设计出的香烟配比方案是最优化、最科学的方案。它能使香烟的各种理化数据符合国家的颁布标准,又能使其成本为最低。提高了工厂的经济效益、科学管理和生产技术水平。

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGNING THE CIGARETTE FORMULA

The mathematical model of cigarette formula is established by computer designing the cigarette formula,according to more than 20kinds of data including the quality data,position, gradeand unit price of the tobacco productive technology as well as the experiences of manualwork and so on. On the basis of GOMERY integral linear programming theory, the formula program is compiled by BASIC language and operated on minicomputer. Now it has been applied in Yanzhou cigarette factory and turned out to be an optimum and scientific formula program. The program makes all phisical and chemical data agreeable to the national standards and reduces the cost of cigarette to the least as well as raises the economic benifit, the scientific management and the technical levels of factories.
