Abstract:Due to the particularity of its material, the large-scale and densely distributed color steel plate buildings in the city are regarded as the new "heat source", it is of great significance to study its influence on heat island effect for urban planning development and ecological environment construction. Taking Lanzhou city as an example, the correlation between the aggregation density of colored steel plate buildings and the heat island effect has been systematically studied in this paper. Firstly, the building information of color steel plate was extracted based on GF-2 image, and distance weighting algorithm was used to calculate the aggregation density of color steel plate buildings; secondly, based on Landsat 8 images, the single window algorithm was used to invert the land surface temperature; finally, the correlation between the density of colored steel plate building and surface temperature and the optimal scale of influence were analyzed. It is concluded that the urban heat island effect is intensified by the large number of color steel plate buildings, especially the large color steel plate buildings; the color steel plate buildings in the high temperature area account for the largest proportion, and the low temperature area is the smallest; it is significant positive correlation between the scale radius of 30 m, 60 m and 90 m for the aggregation density of colored steel plate buildings and the surface temperature, the effect is best when the radius is 30 m, and the correlation coefficient is 0.775, the larger the radius is, the weaker the correlation is.
