团队权力分布与绩效非线性关系:灭火救援团队仿真

摘    要:以基于Agent的灭火救援人工团队研究团队权力分布与绩效之间非线性关系.研究发现:1)团队权力因子可以分为"集权因子"和"自主因子";2)高绩效团队应使"自主因子"处于自我管理状态,"集权因子"处于集权管理状态;3)"自主因子"对团队绩效取决定性影响;4)提高团队在"集权因子"上的综合决策能力可以改善团队绩效.
