| 摘 要： | 我国成人教育缺少基本法支撑与保障,现行法律体系不完整,强制力低,制约了成人教育的健康发展。应调查我国成人教育制度发展的现状,借鉴欧美国家经验,结合成人教育的实际情况,逐渐形成我国成人教育法制体系。具体可以通过加强立法、规范成人教育体制机制、保证经费落实和规范办学自主权等措施来实现。

| Abstract: | adult education is one of the basic approaches for the construction of learning society and lifelong education, plays an important role in the national economy. Education in China Adult lacks legal support and protection, the current legal system is not complete, the force is low, restricted the healthy development of adult education. Through the analysis of practical development of adult education system in China, from the legal system of Europe and the United States adult education experience, points out that the education of our country adult through strengthening legislation, standardize the system mechanism and the autonomy to realize the legalization. |
