| 摘 要： | 资本市场是社会经济高度发展的产物,投资银行作为资本市场的核心业务,伴随着资本市场的开放正在蓬勃发展。鉴于中国资本市场起步较晚,较年轻,我国投资银行发展尚要经过很长时间去完善。中国投资银行在我国加入WTO后,正面临着巨大的发展空间,但这是一个循序渐进的过程。借鉴国外先进经验,着眼于国际化现代投资银行的竞争要求,我国投资银行应及早做出明智选择。

| Abstract: | The capital market is the product of social and economic development,and investment banks,being its core business are developing prosperously with it.In view of the fact that Chinese capital market started later,there is still a long way for Chinese investment banks to go to be perfected.They are facing great opportunities after China entered WTO,but not so smooth.We should learn from foreign advanced experience and focus on the competitive requirements. |
