| 摘 要： | 从我国公共建筑内的空调系统能耗现状出发,分析其影响因素及系统能耗较高的原因.再对公共建筑中空调系统合理运行方面问题进行了分析,其中包括空调自控系统、制冷机组、空调系统附属设备等问题.通过这些环节的运行管理分析来说明空调系统运行管理工作对建筑系统能耗的重要影响. |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the influencing factors and the reason for higher energy consumption considering the current situation of China’s energy consumption of air-conditioning system,and then points out the huge potential in energy saving of air-conditioning in buildings.Then the issues on feasible running of air-conditioning systems in public buildings are analyzed,including the automatic control system of air-conditioning,refrigeration unit,auxiliary equipment of an air-conditioning system,etc.By analysis of the aspects mentioned above,the importance of operation and management of air-conditioning systems to building energy consumption is illustrated. |
