整体叶轮五轴数控粗加工刀位轨迹规划

摘    要:针对具有分流叶片的整体叶轮五轴数控粗加工,提出了一种刀位轨迹规划方法.采用偏置轮毂面分层加工方法对整体叶轮进行粗加工刀位轨迹规划,根据叶轮流道的几何特征,将叶轮的1个粗加工区域分成5个加工单元.在每个加工区域内,选用直径最大的刀具,计算边界面的刀位轨迹,再由边界面的刀位轨迹插值计算得到整个加工区域的刀位轨迹.利用VERICUT软件进行加工仿真,结果表明所提出的刀位轨迹生成算法可行.

Abstract:A tool-path planning method of five-axis rough NC machining for an integral impeller with split blades is proposed in this paper.An offset-hub layered strategy is adopted in the method,and a rough machining area is partitioned into five unit machining regions according to the geometrical characteristics of the integral impeller.In each unit machining region,the maximum diameter of a tool is determined and chosen to calculate the tool-path of boundary.And then the tool-path of the whole rough machining area is obtained by interpolation calculation of the boundary tool-path.The VERICUT software was used to simulate the rough machining process,and the simulation results show that the method is feasible.
